About Us

WHY TRI

Whether or not you are training for your first triathlon or your 50th, I am here to help you reach your goals. Triathlons have always been a big part of my life and I know how hard it can be to juggle training, family, work, and just life in general. I will work with you to help find a workout program that best fits your lifestyle. Three times the sports means 3 times the amount of injuries right? No! I can help you train stronger, reduce the risk of injury, and help you cross the finish line faster.

 With years of experience and a background in physical therapy, we are capable of analyzing your body and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. We will show you the best equipment to use and will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.

We understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often fails. Our goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes part of who you are and your lifestyle. We strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle. 
 

Meet your coach

Dr. Kaitlyn Hansen

My triathlon journey began in 2009 when I completed my first sprint triathlon. At the time I was 12 years old and spent years watching my dad race. I started off as a runner but preferred the multi-sport life. Growing up in the sport of triathlons I learned a lot of things but I also dealt with a lot of injuries... and I mean A LOT.


Flash forward to 2022,  I graduated with my doctorate in physical therapy in 2020 and finished my first Ironman distance triathlon in 2021.  Now I want to help you reach your goals, finish stronger, and reduce your risk of injury throughout your triathlon season.

It's supposed to be hard. If it wasn't hard, everyone would do it... The hard is what makes it great
